Common Connectivity Issues

Robot not connecting to Wi-Fi during setup:

  • Ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4 GHz network (most robots do not support 5 GHz)
  • Move the robot closer to your router during setup
  • Disable VPN on your phone during setup
  • Ensure your router's firewall is not blocking the robot

    • Robot disconnecting from Wi-Fi frequently:

  • Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the dock location
  • Consider a Wi-Fi extender if the dock is far from the router
  • Check for router firmware updates
  • Ensure the robot's firmware is up to date

    • App cannot find the robot:

  • Ensure the robot and phone are on the same network
